1. General information
The general conditions of sale described below apply to all products sold solely through the site.

2. Protection of personal data

The ordering process is as follows:

During these different stages, the customer sees the details of the order and its total price and can correct any errors before

4. Price
All product prices listed on the website www.elindr.ch are in CHF (Swiss francs) and do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs for the order will be indicated before final confirmation of the order.
The seller reserves the right to modify the prices and other charges displayed on the site at any time and without prior notice. However, the products will be invoiced to the customer based on the rates in effect at the time the order is validated.
Payments must be made in CHF (Swiss francs), regardless of your reference currency.
Special offers, sales or discounts are only valid until the date indicated or while stocks last.
5. Representation of products
Elindra/the seller undertakes to make the necessary efforts to ensure that the photographic representation of the products offered for sale on the site is as faithful as possible to reality. However, it is possible that the customer's perception of the photographic representation of the products does not exactly correspond to the products themselves.
The details and characteristics (e.g. color, size, etc.) that describe each product are approximate values. While every effort has been made to accurately reproduce the colors, size, and quality of our products, there may be minor variations from the actual appearance of the product you purchase. 6. Payment Methods (secure)
All our payment data is transferred over a secure SSL connection.
7. Transport & Delivery
Upon receipt of your order on the website and confirmation of your payment, your order will be processed as quickly as possible. All orders are delivered within Switzerland by Swiss Post. Delivery times can vary between 3 and 10 business days. In the event of a longer delay, you will be notified and you will have the option to cancel your order free of charge.
Shipping costs are fixed rates based on the delivery address and the weight of the packages.
Delivery is free for purchases over CHF 100. (Switzerland)
Delivery is free for purchases over €200.- (France and Europe)
However, they are charged €10 for Europe 1 and €14 for Europe 2, provided the weight does not exceed two kilos. Beyond two kilos, delivery costs are calculated according to the current flat rates.
We ship to many countries around the world. If you live outside the European Union , your local customs office may apply additional charges to your order, such as import fees, declaration fees, customs fees, or value-added tax. Any fees required for customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the customer. They are charged upon arrival of the goods in your country by our local shipping partner. These charges cannot be controlled in advance and we are unable to predict them in advance. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible.
Customs policies vary greatly from country to country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Customs may also delay the delivery of orders. Again, this is beyond our control.
The products will be sent to the delivery address specified by the customer during the ordering process. Any customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer.
VAT must be paid in the destination country. Import restrictions and tariffs of the destination country apply.
The goods leave the premises within 5 working days at the latest.

8. Returns, withdrawals and refunds
Returns of purchased items must be sent back to us within 14 days. The product must be properly protected, in its original packaging, unused or unworn, with all accessories, instructions for use, and documentation. The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs for returns and exchanges, as well as the payment fees for PayPal payments.

The product is checked by the seller, who will validate or not the refund, in particular by verifying that the product has been returned complete and in a condition suitable for its re-sale, as provided for by the right of withdrawal. If the goods meet the return requirements, they can be refunded. If the goods do not meet the return requirements, they will be returned to the customer who cannot be refunded.
9. Warranty
The statutory provisions regarding the warranty apply.
If the product sold by Elindra is defective or arrives damaged, the customer can receive a refund or exchange for the same product by returning the defective or damaged product within 7 days of receipt. To do so, the customer must send an email to info@elindra.ch and return the product to Elindra. In the event of returns or exchanges made under warranty, Elindra will bear the costs associated with the return and exchange.
10. Availability or unavailability
Errors or modifications may exceptionally occur, particularly in the case of simultaneous orders of the same product by several customers. In the event that a product is unavailable after you have placed your order, we will inform you by email or telephone as soon as possible, offering you the option of ordering another product presented on the site as a replacement, or canceling your order.
The seller undertakes to honor orders received on the site only within the limits of available stocks. Exceptionally, a
product advertised as available on the site may be unavailable after final registration of the order.
The seller reserves the right to modify the product range. Some offers may have a limited validity period which will be
indicated for each product or product range.
11. Applicable law
These general terms and conditions of sale, as well as any sale to which they apply, are subject to Swiss law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these general terms and conditions of sale or any sale to which they apply, shall be settled in accordance with Swiss law, whether such dispute is contractual or tortious, or based on any other clause. An amicable solution must be sought before initiating any proceedings.
